OUTSOURCING

Hiring, placing and moving candidates can require a significant amount of time and resources from employers. At RepuCare, we serve as the central Human Resources entity for hiring, termination, scheduling and benefits for non-permanent employees. Below is a breakdown illustrating our involvement with each type of position:

Temporary

  • RepuCare: Temporary part-time, contract, or temp-for hire placement for individuals that meet your employment criteria
  • RepuCare: RepuCare handles all of the HR responsibilities

 

Permanent

  • RepuCare: Direct, permanent placement into full-time medical positions for individuals that meet your employment criteria
  • You: Company-sponsored HR programs with full benefits

 

PRN

  • Repucare: Placement of PRN employees on a temporary, as-needed basis to help with maternity leave, sickness, short or long term disability or other drops in employment.
  • Both: No benefits offered

 

Areas of Specialty:

  • Medical Management outreach and care coordination of high risk populations with chronic conditions to control costs and improve health outcomes
  • Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) management of the complete recruiting process from sourcing and evaluation, to hiring and on-boarding
