History
1995 – Founded by Billie Dragoo to provide staffing of licensed therapists (physical, occupational and speech) to leading hospitals and clinics in central Indiana.
1999 – Physical and occupational therapy for workers compensation by deploying therapists directly at the employer worksite to provide rehabilitation services.
2000 - On-site healthcare services expanded to include injury prevention programs, ergonomic assessments, safety training and substance abuse testing.
2003 – Injury prevention programs expanded to include pre-work screens that match the worker with the job, and functional capacity evaluations which test an employee's ability to perform certain jobs in order to accelerate return-to-work.
2004 - Opened first on-site health clinic at the new Indianapolis Airport construction site to provide healthcare to the thousands of construction workers on this massive $1.2B project.
2006 - Secured a major staffing agreement with a large MCO to staff medical management and customer service positions for its Indiana Medicaid managed care program. This program provides healthcare services to low income families, pregnant women and children.
2007 – Opened first on-site primary care clinic for employees of a large auto components supplier in Indiana.
