Indianapolis, IN – RepuCare has secured a contract with WellPoint to staff medical management and customer service personnel in support of WellPoint's Hoosier Healthwise Medicaid managed care program.WellPoint was recently awarded a contract with the state of Indiana to provide healthcare services to low income families, pregnant women and children.The design and goals of the program are to ensure access to care and encourage quality and continuity of care.

Specifically, RepuCare will be staffing WellPoint's call center with customer service representatives, claims processors, utilization management representatives, prior authorization nurses and nurse case managers.
