An entrepreneurial executive with 23 years in the medical staffing industry, Ms. Dragoo founded RepuCare in 1995 with the mission of providing allied health staffing to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. Gerry Erb, Chief Operating Officer gerb@repucare.com
Gerry Erb is a corporate and entrepreneurial executive with 33 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Erb has established a successful track record of starting up and leading early stage companies, spearheading corporate growth, recruiting strong management teams, developing distribution channels, leading product development organizations and developing international markets. Healthcare industry experience has encompassed IT (EMR and PACS), imaging, devices and provider and staffing services. Gerry holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS Engineering from Cornell University. Gerry enjoys mountain biking and reading in his free time.
Zean Chua, Chief Financial Officer zchua@repucare.com
Zean Chua directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, financial budgeting & planning, financial analysis and monitoring of financial performance. He has over 12 years of accounting experience. He started his career as a bookkeeper for a small CPA firm and with his hard work and dedication, it led him to become the CFO for Repucare. He acquired an associate degree as well as a bachelors degree in accounting along his professional career. Zean enjoys working and analyzing numerical data that has direct financial impact for the business. He is married and enjoys spending time with his 4 children.
Jeanne Spencer Milus, RN, Executive Vice President smilus@repucare.com
Spencer Milus heads up our onsite health and wellness services division. She brings 16 years of healthcare experience including critical care and mental health nursing, clinical, payer, vendor and consulting services related to employee health strategies. Spencer enjoys working with employers to help them to develop long term employee health strategies to improve health and mitigate rising health care costs. Spencer is married, has 2 small children and enjoys weekends at home working outside on her horse farm.
Michelle Rodriguez, Account Executive mrodriguez@repucare.com
Michelle has been with RepuCare since June, 2011. She is responsible for the account management of RepuCare’s state sponsored business clients, as well as for various office support functions including human resources, benefits administration, recruiting, and administrative support for the CEO. Michelle is passionate about customer service and her experience includes 15 years in the hospitality industry as a special events manager and concierge in Los Angeles and Miami. She loves living in Zionsville Village with her teenage daughter and has another son and daughter currently attending IUPUI in Indianapolis.

With over 25 years of recruiting experience and 12 years in health care, David provides a wealth of staffing leadership to our company. His unique blend of temporary and permanent placement expertise allows him to fulfill RepuCare’s changing needs. David has a B.S. degree from Purdue University and three certifications from the human resources/staffing industry. He is married and has two children. David is a sports buff and enjoys following local college and professional sports teams.

Jennifer Armstrong has more than 13 years of experience in both large-scale medical staffing and individual home care. Her primary background within the staffing industry is in business development, marketing and sales; but she also has extensive experience in home care services, field staff management, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. She has 2 daughters, Peyton and Paige. Jennifer loves spending time with her children and being very active with their schooling and travel softball.
