RepuCare was founded in 1995 as an allied health staffing provider to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. In 1999, onsite occupational health services were offered to employers to address the treatment and prevention of workplace injuries and illnesses. In 2004, the onsite suite of services was expanded to include demand management and primary care. Finally in 2011, the focus is to provide the only integrated onsite model which includes robust wellness, primary care, occupational health and behavioral health services.
