Beth is an experienced Senior Level Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the social service and health care industry. Most recently she was the Senior Director for Dungarvin, Indiana, LLC, where she oversaw statewide services for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities.
Since receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University, Beth has spent more than twenty-five years leading and growing organizations, both in the public and private sectors, as well as for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Beth has had the opportunity to run multiple organizations, network with partner organizations, collaborate with key stakeholders, work with government agencies, and create new programs that meet the needs of the consumer. She has been fortunate to collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all clients are receiving high-quality services.
Additionally, Beth has been fortunate to lead statewide efforts, oversee companies’ daily business operations including ensuring the financial health of the organization and strategic planning and organizational change management.
Beth currently sits on the Board of Directors for AYS, Inc., a non-profit organization providing before and after school care. She is a past Board member of INARF, Planned Parenthood of Greater Indiana, IARCCA, and the Indiana Child Care Fund. Beth is a graduate of the Lacy Leadership Association and the United Way Executive Women’s Leadership Program. She has maintained her membership with the National Association of Social Workers since 1989 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Indiana.
Beth is skilled in operations management, business intelligence, development, and process improvement and brings commitment, enthusiasm, and passion to everything she touches.
