David Dann
David Dann serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Partner/Owner of Bill Dunbar & Associates. Prior to joining BDA, David was Regional Vice President of the Central Northeast Regions for HealthSouth Corporation. Before joining HealthSouth, he was Vice President of Meridian COMP of the Midwest, Inc, a subsidiary corporation of Meridian Occupational Healthcare Associates, Inc.; and President and CEO of Methodist Occupational Health Centers, Inc. (MOHCI) in Indianapolis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Business from Indiana University and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Gary Hentschel
Gary Hentschel is an experienced CEO and business leader with a diversified background in financial services, technology, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce strategy. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The September Group, LLC, where he focuses on investing in and supporting Midwest-based middle market companies through strategic growth and operational execution.
Gary previously served as President of KeyBank in Indiana and as CEO of ULG Companies, LLC, leading the organization through significant expansion and a successful strategic exit in 2019.
Samuel L. Odle
Samuel Odle is a senior policy advisor for Bose Public Affairs Group. He also assists women-owned and minority-owned businesses (MBE/WBEs) with partnership development, procurement and strategic business advisory services. Sam also serves as president of VeriVitae LLC and a director with Alder Bowman Executive Consultation and Search. Alder Bowman recruits candidates to fill vital leadership roles in healthcare and life sciences.
Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group, Sam served as the Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis-based IU Health and held the position of CEO of both Methodist Hospital and University Hospital. He retired in July 2012 after a career that started as Vice President of Operations at Methodist Hospital in 1981.
Brian S. Williams
Brian Williams is a senior strategy and digital transformation leader with deep experience across life sciences, MedTech, and healthcare technology consulting. He currently serves as a Managing Director at Accenture, where he helps global Life Sciences clients drive innovation and growth, with a focus on MedTech.
Previously, Brian led Life Sciences Digital and MedTech initiatives at EPAM Systems, supporting biopharmaceutical and medical device companies in accelerating digital transformation. Prior to EPAM, he held executive roles at Cognizant, including Chief Digital Officer and Global Strategy & Consulting Leader for Life Sciences, as well as Americas Strategy & Innovation Leader, where he guided strategic planning and innovation governance for the company’s largest business unit.
