About the Role

Position Summary
The Provider Data Analyst supports the company’s Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) team by maintaining and improving the accuracy of provider network data, performing disruption analyses, and developing reporting tools and process improvements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of provider information, supporting network development, and meeting compliance and operational goals.

**This is a TEMPORARY role**

Essential Functions
Participate as a member of the Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) team to support existing provider data operations and new market implementations

Perform disruption analysis activities for assigned markets

Assimilate large quantities and complex data into meaningful formats for tracking, analysis, and reporting

Develop performance improvement initiatives to enhance provider data quality and network accuracy

Coordinate activities related to provider network data management and reporting

Design and maintain database structures and reports as needed

Create and execute queries to assist with information retrieval, validation, and updates to provider databases

Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain information for provider network reporting and analysis

Coordinate and track all state files, hospital, physician, and ancillary recruitment information

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of data analysis experience or experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Managed care experience preferred

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Skilled in data analysis and use of analytics/reporting tools

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including SQL proficiency

  • Experience with Visio and PowerPoint preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Flexible and adaptable as projects and priorities evolve
