General Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and proactively creating a strong talent pipeline. You’ll be a key point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring exceptional service and going the extra mile to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
-Proactively source active and passive candidates through research, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and our internal database.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that go above and beyond.
-Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best candidate fit.
-Share client and role information clearly with candidates while representing RepuCare’s mission and values.
-Manage job postings across various channels and optimize sourcing strategies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/ATS systems.
-Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinate interviews and offers, and facilitate negotiations.
-Stay informed on industry trends, recruiting best practices, and employment laws.
-Respond promptly to candidate and client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
-Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, IT, or professional services.
Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Skilled at sourcing across multiple platforms and using creative approaches to find talent.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams; comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
