Billie Dragoo, the dynamic Founder and CEO of RepuCare, a premier workforce solutions provider, stands out as a driving force in the business world. Recognized among the top 10 women entrepreneurs in the US by Fortune Magazine, Billie has propelled RepuCare to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes being a National Judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, winning the prestigious award in 2008. Invited by the President to the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Summit, Billie has consistently demonstrated leadership excellence.
 

A respected figure in Indiana, Billie was inducted into the 2014 Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame and received the 2011 Girls, Inc. Touchstone Award. Her accolades also include the 2009 Women of Influence Award from IBJ, the Torchbearer Award for Entrepreneurial Advocacy in 2008, and the 2007 Starkey Entrepreneurial Women’s Award.

Billie serves on multiple executive boards, including The Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC), the Indianapolis Chamber, the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy, the Indiana State Chamber Political Action Committee, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Foundation for Nursing.
