Andrew Kramer

Andrew Kramer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, has a background in theater. Andrew is a playwright and director. He’s a graduate of Ball State University and has led a well-traveled life, having resided in various major cities before returning to Indy. His work has been produced Internationally in Romania, Prague, and Australia.

In his role at RepuCare, Andrew finds a unique parallel to his theater background, expressing joy in matching people's skills to open positions. The satisfaction of understanding candidates' abilities through interviews and resume considerations resonates with him.

Outside of the office, Andrew is an avid reader and writer, pursuing his love of theater by both attending and creating performances and spending time with his dogs, Goose and Gomez.
