Brad Dragoo

Brad Dragoo, our COO, joined RepuCare after twenty years of experience in executive leadership. An electrical engineer by trade, Brad honed his skills as a design engineer for a decade before transitioning to an operations management role, spending a decade on the leadership council at Ball Systems Technologies.

Armed with a Purdue Engineering Degree, Brad oversees all department operations, negotiations, contracts, and metrics. His demonstrated success includes supporting his previous company, from a six-person team to a workforce of over 35 professionals. A natural team builder with a talent for relationship-building, Brad is eager to support RepuCare’s clients with the same growth. Under Brad’s direction, a phase of growth is a testament to his leadership and commitment to excellence.

Outside the office, he's an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, and hiking on his property in southern Indiana. Family time with his wife and two kids, including moments with his loyal dog Milo, holds a special place in his life.
