Blake Weeder is RepuCare’s Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist and brings a wide range of experience in clinical, technology, and executive recruiting. He enjoys building genuine connections with candidates and takes pride in understanding what motivates them and where they want to go in their careers.

Blake works closely with clients as a true partner, acting as an extension of their hiring teams to help find the right talent and make the hiring process smooth and efficient.

Blake graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in History. Outside of work, he’s an avid reader and writer, a soccer enthusiast, and loves getting outdoors. In his free time, Blake enjoys spending time hiking and exploring with his wife, Valeriya, and their dog, Millie.
