Our Founder, Billie Dragoo, started her career in healthcare staffing as a single mother of two working for a small Indianapolis firm.
Over time, she noticed that the people who were most successful and stayed longest in their roles were those placed with employers who did their best to make sure employees felt valued.
That’s when she had the idea to create her own firm centered around the idea of building a reputation for caring: RepuCare.
Today, we continue the work Billie started by carrying forward the values that shaped RepuCare from the beginning.
