State Contracts

A trusted partner in state government healthcare contracting for 30 years.

Persistent reliance on contract workers creates budget pressure that permanent hires can stabilize. (3)

How RepuCare Supports State Contracts

We support state government contracts by partnering with prime contractors pursuing state-issued RFPs. We do not act as a prime contractor.

As a certified woman-owned business enterprise, we seek out partnerships where diversity participation is required or prioritized. In these engagements, we provide clearly defined scope contributions aligned to awarded contract requirements and performance standards.

We support the contracting lifecycle through RFP vetting, scope alignment, teaming agreements, letters of commitment, proposal submission coordination, and post-award service delivery.

Partnering With Us on State Opportunities

We follow a structured, repeatable process when partnering on state government opportunities to ensure alignment before proposal submission and readiness at contract award. This approach allows prime contractors to incorporate us into proposals with clarity, compliance, and confidence.

Step 1

We will perform due diligence on all newly issued RFPs to ensure that our team is just as prepared as a Prime contractor’s proposal team.

After qualifying an RFP, our Business Development team will network with Prime contractors to identify potential partners.

Step 2

During partnership discussions, we work closely with the Prime partner to determine what Value Scope Contribution (VSC) we can provide on the State contract.

Step 3

If a VSC has been determined, the Prime contractor and RepuCare will establish a Teaming Agreement. This is a contractual agreement stating that the two organizations will submit a proposal together, and if the bid is successful both parties will work together on the new contract.

Step 4

A Letter of Commitment (LOC) contains critical details pertaining to a Prime / Subcontractor partnership.

Most states require the following information:

  • Diversity participation percentage and dollar value
  • Dates of service
  • Scope and type of services to be provided

Step 5

After all documentation has been completed, the Prime contractor will submit the RFP to the State.

Step 6

Upon review of the submitted proposals, the State will release Award Recommendations. Hopefully, this will result in the Prime contractor and RepuCare receiving an award.
