Nicholas Reifel, our Business Development Representative, oversees the growth of our sales department and is poised to pioneer a new age in RepuCare’s journey.  He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Business Communications & Media Studies and joined RepuCare after spending time in the medical device industry. 

Nick brings a diverse background spanning multiple disciplines, including business development, complex sales, logistics, marketing, and project management.  He started his sales journey in door-to-door sales, and has since gone on to manage multiple teams and projects for a variety of markets across 12 different states.  This experience helps him build relationships with healthcare facilities across the country, educating them on the advantages of utilizing RepuCare’s flexible, dependable nursing solutions. 

Nick’s infectious enthusiasm and commitment to continuous learning drive him to become the best version of himself and he brings that same energy and dedication to serving our clients every day.  In his free time Nick enjoys golf, basketball, and playing cards. He also likes traveling, spending time with family and friends, and going to watch his Indiana Pacers play.
