Joyce Rattay

Joyce brings an impressive background in staffing, hospital operations, and business development. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving growth, developing strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. Her experience spans sales leadership, operations management, business planning, negotiation, and coaching, supported by an MBA from Western Governors University.

As RepuCare continues to expand beyond our traditional markets, Joyce will play a key role in accelerating our growth in the private sector and helping healthcare organizations access the workforce solutions they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys traveling and seeing new places whenever possible.  She also enjoys golf, especially when it’s part of a destination trip. Joyce is  a proud Indiana Pacers season ticket holder and rarely misses a chance to cheer on the home team. When Indiana’s winter weather sets in, she looks forward to visiting her son in Phoenix for some sunshine and quality time together.
