A visionary leader committed to empowering women, Billie is the co-founder and Vice Chair of the Indiana Conference for Women, the largest one-day professional development conference for women in the Midwest. She is the recipient of the 2025 IBJ 250 Most Influential Business Leaders Award, as well as the Torchbearer Award for Entrepreneurial Advocacy, the highest honor for women presented by the Governor of Indiana. She previously served as the National Chair and CEO of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Washington D.C. and was the primary architect of growth as President of the NAWBO Indianapolis Chapter.
Billie’s business acumen has been recognized on the global stage, including being named by Fortune magazine as one of the "Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs" in the United States. In 2025, Governor Mike Braun appointed her to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) Board of Directors to further leverage her expertise in statewide growth.
A Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame Laureate and recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Billie continues to shape the public and private sectors through her service on the executive committee of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC) and the boards of the Indy Chamber and Franklin College Board of Trustees.
