Meghan Caine is our Human Resources Generalist. With experience in HR day to day operations and employee engagement, Meghan brings a strategic and people-centered approach to supporting employees and ensuring organizational effectiveness.

Passionate about building strong workplace cultures, Meghan goes beyond traditional HR functions by combining thoughtful strategy with relationship-building. She is dedicated to fostering environments where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to perform at their best. With a strong focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives, she works to create a seamless and positive experience for both employees and leadership.

Meghan graduated from Indiana University Bloomington, majoring in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys reading, staying active through working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
