With nearly a decade of experience at RepuCare, Noel Rodriguez is the backbone of our financial operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an Accounting major from Indiana University and brings a diverse professional background to the team. Noel began his career in New York, where his performance quickly led to a promotion from Assistant Controller to Corporate Controller. He then relocated to Florida in 2013 where he worked as a Tax Accountant for H&R Block before moving back to Indiana and joining the RepuCare team.

Noel is responsible for the integrity of RepuCare’s financial reporting, from managing accounts payable and client invoicing to overseeing biweekly payroll and tax deposits. Beyond day-to-day ledger management, Noel plays a strategic role in budget planning and revenue forecasting. His meticulous approach to reconciliation and audit preparation ensures that RepuCare operates with complete financial transparency and accuracy.

When he isn't managing the books, Noel can be found reading books!  He is also deeply involved in the lives of his two children and enjoys spending time with the family dog, Coco.
