Stanley Vischak is our Manager of Contracts and Operations Compliance. He mgraduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. With extensive experience in supply chain operations and vendor relations, Stan brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to contract oversight and compliance management.

In his role, Stan oversees the administration and performance of existing contracts, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. He utilizes key performance metrics to monitor contract effectiveness, maintain strong vendor communication, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Stan also manages all WBE certifications and state-specific compliance filings, ensuring the organization remains aligned with applicable guidelines and reporting obligations.

Collaborating closely with business development and operational teams, Stan supports new opportunities by evaluating contractual requirements, completing required  documentation, and strengthening new RFP responses. His proactive approach helps safeguard partnerships while supporting sustainable organizational growth.

In his free time, Stan enjoys playing golf, watching films, reading books, and spending time with family and friends.
